We need to know TeamCity .NET Core plugin version from the Administration -> Plugins List page and look at the teamcity-agent.log file from the <a href="https://confluence.jetbrains.com/display/TCDL/Viewing+Build+Agent+Logs" rel="nofollow">build agent</a>.
